Fubon ETF will soon pour in about 4,000 billion VND more to buy Vietnamese stocks in the near future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After being approved by the Financial Supervision and Administration Commission, Fubon FTSE Vietnam ETF has been approved for the 6th additional capital mobilization amount of 5 billion TWD equivalent to 154 million USD, 4,000 billion VND. Thus, Fubon ETF will soon pour in about 4,000 billion VND to buy Vietnamese stocks in the near future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As of June 13, 2024, the net asset value of Fubon ETF reached more than 25.3 billion TWD, equivalent to 20,000 billion VND, of which the stock portfolio accounted for 99.5%. The largest investments in the portfolio include HPG, VIC, VCB, MSN, VHM, VNM, SSI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fubon has been continuously withdrawn in the recent period along with a record net withdrawal by foreign investors. In May alone, Fubon FTSE Vietnam fund had a net withdrawal of more than 772 billion VND. Fubon's investment performance is also lower than other ETFs on the market, about 3,20% in May. The net selling portfolio is concentrated in the Banking sector TCB, MBB, VCB, VPB<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fubon Vietnam tracks the FTSE Vietnam 30 Index. After considering liquidity and the upper limit of foreign ownership, the fund selects the top 30 stocks by market capitalization, with both growth and value, the longest history and highest revenue. 100%'s investment target is "pure Vietnamese stocks" and selects potential industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to understanding the depth and breadth of the industry, the fund is optimistic that foreign capital will continue to increase investment in Vietnam. If Vietnam is upgraded to the list of emerging markets in the near future, it will attract more foreign capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Previously, in March 2024, Fubon FTSE Vietnam ETF, a fund from Taiwan (China), was also approved by the Financial Supervision and Administration Commission for the 5th additional capital mobilization with a capital of 5 billion TWD equivalent to 160 million USD, 3,768 billion VND.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
