On the evening of November 14, 2025, HVA Group organized HVA Finance Talk #2 in the form of livestream on HVA Fanpage, attracting great attention from the investor community and technology - finance enterprises. With the theme "Vietnam's digital asset infrastructure - From testing to shaping new rules of the game", the program went straight to the core questions of the transition period: is the sandbox still a "test for the future" or is it the first step of real operation; how should businesses prepare infrastructure, processes and data; and by what mechanism will investor confidence be reinforced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the guidance of host Giang Mi (IR HVA) and guest Nguyen Chi Cong - General Director of DNEX, the talk brought a clear picture of how to "do it honestly - transparently - compliantly" right in the supervised testing area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The focus of the audience's heated discussion was how DNEX proactively improved its system and monitoring process before the sandbox officially operated. Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong emphasized the "half-step ahead" approach: standardizing infrastructure, simulating real-life processes, rebuilding control lines, but absolutely not operating against the current legal framework. This spirit received positive reviews from the community because it showed that businesses could shorten the time to transition from "test" to "operation" status as soon as the mechanism was activated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Verifiable transparency: data, independent reconciliation and automated reporting<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One point that investors are interested in is \u201coperational trust\u201d. DNEX introduces principles of system design towards verifiability and monitoring: all operations have traceability logs; data is organized to serve independent reconciliation; automatic reporting to management agencies is configured according to specified standards.
