On November 10, the Organizing Committee of Next Gen CEO 2025 announced the Nomination Council for Finance and Banking, bringing together experienced faces from banking, investment to innovative startups. The launch of the Council is an important step in the journey to find and honor the next generation of CEOs, while demonstrating the spirit of connection between generations of Vietnamese business leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next Gen CEO \u2013 officially introduced on Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day October 13, 2025 \u2013 is designed as a special program to honor the new generation of CEOs, promote value resonance and create leadership standards in the country's new growth era. Next Gen CEO candidates are introduced by the business community, professional associations and will be evaluated by a team of experts, managers and prestigious investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Finance \u2013 Banking Nomination Council undertakes three core tasks: introducing and endorsing outstanding candidates who meet the program criteria; bridging knowledge \u2013 experience \u2013 values between generations; accompanying, encouraging and expanding development opportunities for the young CEO team.
