He is not only known as a successful businessman, but is also called by investors as the &quot;architect&quot; of many digital financial projects, contributing to laying the foundation for Vietnam&#039;s digital asset ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-t\u1eeb-d\u01b0\u1ee3c-si-d\u1ebfn-fintech-b\u01b0\u1edbc-kh\u1edfi-d\u1ea7u-tao-b\u1ea1o\"><strong>From Pharmacist to Fintech: A Bold Start<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Born in 1984 in Can Tho and graduated with a degree in Pharmacy from Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Eric Vuong&#039;s career path seemed to be tied to healthcare. However, instead of choosing safety, he turned to Fintech - a field that was almost unexplored in Vietnam in the 2000s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2009, he founded <strong>TrustPay JSC<\/strong>, starting with the product TRUSTcard - a prepaid card in cooperation with Visa and Sacombank, helping hundreds of thousands of Vietnamese people access modern financial services for the first time. By 2016, TrustPay continued to pioneer with technology <strong>Tap&amp;Pay<\/strong>, bringing contactless payment (NFC) to Vietnam. Just one year later, <strong>VNDC Wallet<\/strong> was born, paving the way for the application of digital assets in life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By 2020, VNDC Wallet will be restructured into <strong>ONUS<\/strong>, a digital asset trading and investment application for the masses, with the philosophy of \u201cinvesting for everyone\u201d. After 18 months, ONUS has reached 1.6 million accounts, and by 2025, it aims to reach more than 6 million users in at least 6 countries. This is an important turning point, affirming the central role of HVA Group in the ecosystem he built.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In parallel, in 2022 he co-founded <strong>FundGo<\/strong> \u2013 a creative startup investment fund in Can Tho. FundGo not only provides capital, but also provides legal support, governance and market connection, supporting many startups in technology, healthcare, education, and agriculture. Since 2018, TrustPay has had a strategic partnership with <strong>Vemanti Group (USA)<\/strong>By 2025, after the ONUS Pro merger with XPLOR Technology (Singapore), he became <strong>Chairman of Vemanti Group<\/strong>, a US-listed corporation. This is clear evidence of the position of Vietnamese enterprises on the global financial map.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-t\u1ea7m-nhin-cho-k\u1ef7-nguyen-tai-chinh-s\u1ed1\"><strong>Vision for the digital financial era<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the context of the Vietnamese National Assembly just passing <strong>Digital Technology Industry Law<\/strong> and a pilot legal framework for digital assets, Eric Vuong and <strong>HVA Group<\/strong> is facing a great opportunity to lead. With the advantage of combining traditional Fintech and blockchain, along with the ecosystem <strong>ONUS \u2013 HVA \u2013 FundGo \u2013 HanaGold<\/strong>, he not only created successful businesses, but also built a sustainable development foundation for Vietnam&#039;s digital economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From a small startup in Can Tho, Eric Vuong&#039;s journey has gone global.
