HVA Investment Joint Stock Company (HVA Group - Stock code: HVA) respectfully announces to shareholders and partners:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On August 20, 2025, HVA received a notice from Mr. Tran Quang Chien, according to which Mr. Chien became a major shareholder of HVA with holding 1,001,100 shares, equivalent to 7.33% of charter capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the provisions of Article 31 on major shareholder disclosure of Circular 96\/2020\/TT-BTC guiding information disclosure on the stock market, individuals or organizations owning 5% or more shares of a public company are identified as major shareholders and must carry out procedures for major shareholder disclosure. Mr. Tran Quang Chien is obliged to disclose information to the State Securities Commission, the Stock Exchange, and HVA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tran Quang Chien (born 1991, Vietnam) is a technology and fintech entrepreneur, currently CEO of ONUS Labs. He graduated with a Bachelor of Information Technology from Hanoi University of Science and Technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
