One of the highlights of the event was the approval by the People's Committee of Da Nang City for a controlled trial of the Basal Pay software - a blockchain application in the exchange of crypto assets with fiat money, integrating the Travel Rule standard. This is a pioneering step in combining blockchain and traditional finance, aiming for transparency and compliance with international AML/CFT standards.
Along with a series of connecting activities such as Da Nang Semiconductor Day 2025 and Vietnam Annual Finance Forum 2025, Da Nang is gradually positioning itself as a convergence point of digital finance - fintech - blockchain trends in the region.
