Job Mission – Accompanying Customers on the Digital Finance Journey
As a Financial Consultant, you are not just a salesperson – you are an inspiration and a builder of long-term asset value for individual and corporate clients. Through the HVA App platform, you will help clients access digital investment products in a flexible – transparent – effective way.
Targets for you:
- Consulting value reaches at least 300 million VND/month
- Develop at least 20 active HVA App users/month
Job Description
At HVA Group, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- Consulting on flexible financial and digital asset investment solutions, according to the needs of each customer.
- Guide customers to install, identify and use the HVA App according to the correct procedure.
- Update market - product - legal knowledge through systematic internal training programs.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships and after-sales care to optimize investment performance.
- Report work periodically weekly and monthly to direct manager.
Recruitment Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Graduated from College/University majoring in Finance, Economics, Banking...
- Experience (preferred) in the fields of: securities, investment consulting, fintech, banking
- Good communication skills, logical thinking and persuasion ability
- Clear direction in the field of financial technology (Fintech)
