For rewards from the HVA Holder Loyalty program with a value of VND 10,000,000/time or more, according to the law, this is considered taxable income under the category of valuable gifts.
HVA will award the exact value of the announced reward, without tax deduction at source.
Shareholders are responsible for declaring and paying personal income tax (if any) to the tax authorities according to current regulations. HVA does not represent them in declaring or paying taxes for this reward.
