HVA Accumulation Program for Long-term Shareholders – a gift of gratitude exclusively for long-term shareholders who have developed with HVA. Owning 1,000 shares, shareholders will receive monthly gold E-Voucher – exclusively on the HVA application, with a total incentive value of up to 200 million VND.

- The program is open to all individual and institutional shareholders who own at least 1,000 HVA shares.
How to participate
For shareholders who do not have a securities account
1. Buy and own at least 1,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 / 50,000 / 100,000 HVA shares.
2. Take a screenshot of the number of shares you own as evidence.

Bonus for shareholders
Shareholders will receive a Gold E-Voucher (ONLY) on the HVA app, corresponding to an APY yield of 6% to 12%/year, calculated on the total value of HVA shares owned. The bonus level will be based on the HVA par value (10,000 VND). Specifically as follows:
- 1,000 HVA shares: Receive 6% on total value of owned shares
- 5,000 HVA shares: Receive 8.4% on total value of owned shares
- 10,000 HVA shares: Receive 9.6% on total value of owned shares
- 50,000 HVA shares: Receive 10.8% on total value of owned shares
- 100,000 HVA shares: Receive 12% in total value of owned shares
Conditions for receiving the reward
- Shareholders need Maintain ownership of HVA shares continuously for at least 2 months before the monthly shareholder record date.
- Shares sold before the record date will not be counted in the program.
- The list of eligible shareholders will be automatically updated every month according to HVA data.
Important Note
- The awards will be given 2 months after the program start date, with the first award being on April 15, 2025.
- Rewards are converted into Gold E-Voucher (ONLY) and awarded on the 15th of every month on the HVA app.
- The reward value is equal to the Gold E-Voucher on the HVA application, converted based on the market value of HVA shares on the closing date.
- The amount of converted gold may change according to the gold price at the time of closing the shareholder list.
- Shareholders can use Gold E-Voucher on HVA App to exchange for VND or keep it as accumulation.
- The reward will only be awarded when the participant meets the following conditions: valid number of shares held, correct owner name, and correct registered reward account.
