To express gratitude and encourage sustainable commitment, HVA officially launched the Program HVA Holder Loyalty+ – a privilege reserved for shareholders owning HVA shares, with many unprecedented attractive benefits.

1. Program objectives

HVA Holder Loyalty+ is more than just a rewards program – it's Deep gratitude from HVA Group sent to all shareholders.

  • Fair: Whether new or long-time shareholder, everyone has clear and transparent rights.
  • Digital Transformation: All benefits and rewards are integrated directly on HVA App – fast, convenient and transparent.
  • Value of gratitude: This is a shareholder thank you program, no investment return commitment.

2. Applicable subjects

  • All individuals own from 100 HVA shares or more.
  • Have an account HVA App KYC successful.

Depending on the number of shares and holding period, shareholders will be able to participate in levels from Starter Holder arrive Strategic Partner, with different benefits

Note: 

All shareholders participating in the old HVA Holder Loyalty program will be automatically transferred to the corresponding new program.

b. Retention Bonus

Shareholders maintain continuous uninterrupted from 12 months or more, in addition to the fixed benefits according to level, will receive additional one time only the following gratitude gifts:

  • HVA Physical Gift Pack (Merch) or NFT Loyalty.
  • Shopping Gift Cards Voucher worth 200,000 VND.
  • VIP level extension package on HVA app
  • Upgrade Partner +1 level on HVA app (if eligible).
  • Gratitude gifts from partner ecosystem (ONUS, Fundgo, HanaGold, VFilms,…).

Note: Retention Bonus is only awarded 01 time only/shareholder Once the 12 month mark is reached, it will not be repeated in subsequent periods.

4. Reward roadmap

  • 15th of every month: Closing the list of eligible shareholders.
  • Within 03 working days: Direct award via HVA App.

The first award ceremony will take place on 15/09/2025, then continue on the 15th of each month.

5. How to participate

  • Shares are deposited at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) or have their balances confirmed by the custodian securities company.
  • Investors register to participate in the program by filling out the form: https://docs.google.com/forms/
  • Shareholders commit to holding the number of shares according to the conditions of each item for the minimum prescribed period.
  • The reward will only be awarded when the participant meets the following conditions: valid number of shares held, correct owner name, and correct registered reward account.

6. Program rules 

  • Upgrade: Automatically when shareholder increases the number of committed shares and holds for sufficient time according to higher level.
  • Downgrade:
    ▸ When a shareholder reduces the number of committed shares below the minimum threshold.
    ▸ Shares sold before the record date will not be counted in the program.
    ▸ Violation of program rules.
  • Violation of program rules: Will not receive benefits during that period and may be removed from the program. 

7. Important Note on Rewards 

  • The first award ceremony will take place on 15/09/2025.
  • Subsequent awards take place on the 15th of each month.
  • The reward will be converted into HanaGold E-Voucher (ONLY) distributed and awarded on the HVA application.
  • The value of the reward converted into Gold E-Voucher will be calculated based on the gold price at the time of closing the list of eligible shareholders.
  • The reward will only be awarded when all of the following conditions are met:
    • Number of shares held is valid, correct with the committed number.
    • Correct name of the registered shareholder.
    • The reward account matches the declared information (HVA application has KYC verification).
  • In case of any violation such as selling stocks during the commitment period, incorrect account information, falsified identity... the prize will be denied and the winner may be disqualified from the program.

8. Legal principles

  • This is a shareholder appreciation program, not a commitment to investment returns.
  • Bonus benefits cannot be converted into cash outside the system.
  • Gift forms: E-Voucher HVAp, E-Voucher Gold (CHI), physical gifts... depending on the program's policy, announced and updated at each time.
  • Gifts including products, e-vouchers from partners can be used or stored according to the policies and regulations of the issuing partner at each time. 
  • Comply with the Law on Enterprises, the Law on Securities, Circular 96/2020/TT-BTC and related legal regulations.
  • Investors and shareholders need to be aware that this is a gratitude program for individuals who have, are and will accompany HVA, not an invitation to buy or sell securities. The decision to buy or sell shares should be based on a deep understanding of the stock market, careful consideration and compliance with current shareholder laws.

9. Implementation time 

  • The program officially launched from August 22, 2025.
  • HVA will periodically update benefits and conditions of participation based on feedback from shareholders and development orientation.
  • Benefit review period takes place on the 15th of each month (subject to change as announced above) https://hva.group).

10. Right to Modify the Program 

  • HVA reserves the right to modify the program at any time, including the right to refuse, suspend, terminate or change the terms and conditions without prior notice. 
  • All final decisions regarding the program rest with HVA Group.
