On June 16, 2025, within the framework of the one-year anniversary celebration of New World Education Academy (NWE), HVA Investment Joint Stock Company (HVA Group) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with NWE. The event took place with the presence of Mr. Le Hoa Nha - General Director of HVA Group and Mr. Dam Thanh Hiep - CEO & Founder of New World Group.
This cooperation agreement not only marks an important development step of the two units, but also demonstrates a shared commitment to promoting financial education, improving investment capacity and expanding the startup - investment ecosystem in the Mekong Delta region.

In the spirit of voluntary cooperation and towards sustainable development, HVA Group and NWE have reached a consensus in establishing a comprehensive partnership. The main goal is to link training - investment - communication activities between the two sides, thereby promoting the financial - technological ecosystem in the Mekong Delta.
1. Investor training and development
One of the key areas of cooperation is the implementation of specialized training programs on securities investment. HVA Group will act as a technology partner, providing the platform and media support for NWE’s online courses – which will be responsible for the technical and legal content.
In addition, the two sides will coordinate to organize webinars, workshops, and online-offline training programs to share practical knowledge and connect with universities in Can Tho and neighboring provinces.
2. Investment cooperation and portfolio development
HVA Group and NWE have agreed to jointly develop an investment portfolio for individual investors. HVA will be responsible for the technology infrastructure and trading platform; while NWE will be responsible for investment strategy, market analysis and risk management.
This combination is expected to open up a new direction for young investors, especially in the Southwestern region - where the financial market still has much potential that has not been effectively exploited.
3. Resource development and communication
The two units will jointly implement programs to recruit interns and financial analysts with a practical orientation. In parallel, there will be activities such as: organizing investment competitions, launching “Trader Camp” or “Fintech Talent” exclusively for students, creating a bridge between businesses – schools – real markets.
HVA Group will also accompany NWE in communications through its multi-channel media ecosystem and existing partner network. In return, HVA's programs will also receive widespread support from NWE.
