In the governance structure of HVA Group, the Board of Directors plays an important role in the pillars: strategic orientation, independent supervision, raising risk management standards and connecting the ecosystem. With a deep background in cybersecurity, blockchain and mass product operations, Mr. Tran Quang Chien is expected to:
- Digital Finance – Technology Strategy Advisor: Accompany the Board of Directors in positioning and selecting key technologies (AI, blockchain, big data) and digital business models suitable for HVA Group's growth roadmap.
- Improve product & user experience: Bringing “user-first” product thinking and million-user scale operational discipline to HVA’s key projects, thereby shortening time to market and increasing conversion rates.
