Following the success of previous seasons, the GDGoC Hackathon Vietnam 2025 has officially launched with the theme “Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence”. HVA Group will accompany the competition as a Diamond Sponsor, fueling breakthrough technology ideas, a gathering place for young talents and potential application products.
Google Developer Groups on Campus (GDGoC) Vietnam is an important part of the global community supported by Google, with the main goal of enabling students to develop technical skills and drive innovation in the technology field and is an incubator for creative ideas and groundbreaking technology projects.
Teams will develop AI solutions to address the issue of “Responsible AI”. The competition encourages teams to create solutions that are not only smart but also ensure fairness, transparency, safety and privacy protection, towards a sustainable and beneficial AI future for all humanity.
The program schedule is as follows:
- Online preliminary round: From February 21, 2025 to March 28, 2025
- Online Hackathon round by North, Central, South region: April 5, 2025 to April 12, 2025
- Demo Day Northern Region – VinUni University: April 19, 2025
- Demo Day in the South – University of Information Technology: April 19, 2025 – April 20, 2025
- Demo Day Central region – Online: April 19, 2025 – April 20, 2025
- Demo Day National Final – Hanoi University of Science and Technology: May 10, 2025
