Ngày 12/08/2025, Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư HVA chính thức công bố kết quả kinh doanh ấn tượng từ khoản đầu tư chiến lược vào Công ty Cổ phần Vàng Bạc Đá Quý HanaGold. Với vai trò tiên phong trong việc ứng dụng công nghệ vào ngành kim hoàn tại Việt Nam, HVA đang từng bước đưa ngành kim hoàn Việt Nam tiến gần hơn đến các tiêu chuẩn công nghệ hiện đại.

HVA has invested 40 billion VND in HanaGold, focusing on optimizing the management and exploitation of gold assets, aiming for sustainable and long-term growth in the 4.0 jewelry industry.
- Giá trị tài sản thuần (NAV): Tăng trưởng đạt mức 66,963,434,022 đồng, tương đương mức tăng 67.41% so với vốn ban đầu.

Profit results
Investment in HanaGold brings a stable profit stream according to long-term plan:
- Expected profit: Total expected profit is 2 billion VND, gradually distributed until the end of December 2025.
- Lợi nhuận thực tế nhận được: Tính từ tháng 4/2024 đến nay, HVA đã nhận về 2.202.739.730 đồng, cho thấy hiệu quả tích cực từ quan hệ hợp tác.
- Lợi nhuận chưa trả: Tổng số lợi nhuận chưa trả mà HVA dự kiến sẽ tiếp tục nhận được từ khoản đầu tư này là 25.713.434.022 đồng từ giá trị đầu tư tăng trưởng được ghi nhận. Khoản lợi nhuận này sẽ được phân bổ, thanh toán theo đúng lộ trình đã cam kết trong thỏa thuận hợp tác với HanaGold.
