Ngày 18/11/2025, Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư HVA đã chính thức thông báo kết quả lợi nhuận từ mối quan hệ hợp tác chiến lược với ETH Capital – một nền tảng blockchain nổi bật tại Việt Nam. Sự hợp tác này tiếp tục khẳng định vị thế của HVA trong lĩnh vực công nghệ và đầu tư, đồng thời góp phần thúc đẩy sự phát triển của ngành công nghiệp blockchain, đặc biệt trong lĩnh vực ứng dụng phi tập trung (dApp).
Cooperation information and investment results
- Total investment: HVA has invested 15,000,000,000 VND in ETH Capital to develop advanced blockchain technology solutions.
- Profit Rate (APY): 5%/year in the first three years, ensuring long-term and stable income.
- Giá trị tài sản thuần (NAV): Hiện tại, giá trị tài sản thuần đạt 39.620.416.987 đồng, tăng 164.14% so với vốn đầu tư ban đầu.
Expected and actual profits received
- Expected profit: The total expected profit from the investment is 750 million VND, distributed evenly every month until September 2025.
- Lợi nhuận thực tế: Kể từ ngày 01/10/2024, HVA đã nhận tổng cộng 686.986.297 đồng từ khoản đầu tư, tiếp tục minh chứng cho sự thành công của chiến lược hợp tác.
- Lợi nhuận chưa trả: Tổng số lợi nhuận chưa trả mà HVA dự kiến sẽ tiếp tục nhận được từ khoản đầu tư này là 23.933.430.690 đồng từ giá trị đầu tư tăng trưởng được ghi nhận. Khoản lợi nhuận này sẽ được phân bổ, thanh toán theo đúng lộ trình đã cam kết trong thỏa thuận hợp tác với ETH Capital.
