- Total investment: HVA has invested 10,000,000,000 VND in the CAKE project to exploit digital assets on the Easy Cake platform.
- Profit Rate (APY): 5%/year.
- Net Asset Value (NAV): To date, the net asset value from the investment in CAKE has reached VND 15,044,643,909, an increase of VND 50,451 compared to the initial investment, demonstrating the stable development of the project.
Expected and actual profits received
- Expected Profit: The total expected profit from the investment is 500,000,000 VND, distributed evenly every month until December 2025.
- Actual profit: To date, HVA has received a total of VND 528,767,118 from this investment, further demonstrating the effectiveness and profitability potential of the CAKE project.
- Unpaid Profits: The total amount of unpaid profits that HVA expects to continue receiving from this investment is VND 4,515,876,791 from the recognized growth in investment value. This profit will be allocated and paid according to the schedule committed in the cooperation agreement with CAKE Blockchain Technology Joint Stock Company.
