Ngày 13/08/2025, Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư HVA chính thức công bố kết quả kinh doanh từ khoản đầu tư chiến lược vào Công ty Cổ phần Công nghệ Chuỗi Khối BTC. Đây là một bước tiến quan trọng trong chiến lược đầu tư của HVA, mở ra những cơ hội đầu tư và phát triển nền tảng Defi và khai thác tài sản số Bitcoin.

- Total investment capital: HVA Group has invested 20,000,000,000 VND (Twenty billion VND) to deploy the development of the Defi platform and exploit Bitcoin digital assets.
- Profit rate (APY): 5%/year, ensuring long-term and stable income.
- Giá trị tài sản thuần (NAV): Hiện tại, giá trị tài sản thuần đã đạt 33.732.757.354 đồng, tăng 68.66% so với vốn đầu tư ban đầu.
Expected and actual profits received
- Expected profit: The total expected profit from the investment is 1 billion VND per year, distributed evenly every month until the end of November 2025.
- Lợi nhuận thực tế: Từ ngày 06/12/2024, HVA đã nhận được tổng cộng 671.232.878 đồng, minh chứng cho hiệu quả và tiềm năng từ chiến lược đầu tư.
- Lợi nhuận chưa trả: Tổng số lợi nhuận chưa trả mà HVA dự kiến sẽ tiếp tục nhận được từ khoản đầu tư này là 12.732.757.354 đồng từ giá trị đầu tư tăng trưởng được ghi nhận. Khoản lợi nhuận này sẽ được phân bổ, thanh toán theo đúng lộ trình đã cam kết trong thỏa thuận hợp tác với Công ty Cổ phần Công nghệ Chuỗi Khối BTC.
