HVA Appoints Chief Financial Officer – Welcoming a New Wind in Financial Management

HVA Investment Joint Stock Company (HVA Group) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tan Loc Louis to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - an important milestone in the strategy of enhancing financial management capacity, aiming at sustainable development and expanding the investment ecosystem of the group.

Introducing Mr. Tan Loc Louis - Finance & Technology Expert

With a solid academic background and extensive practical experience, Mr. Tan Loc Louis is currently:

• Members of the Board of Directors (BOD) and the Supervisory Board (SB) at many listed and unlisted companies.
  
• Lecturer, Faculty of Business Administration – Saigon University of Technology, where he imparts knowledge and practical experience to the next generation of young leaders.

Mr. Louis has worked at large securities companies such as Saigon Securities Inc. (SSI) and Bao Viet Securities Inc., where he accumulated knowledge and practical skills in the fields of corporate finance, investment and capital markets.

In addition, he holds a Master of Business Administration from the International University - VNU-HCM, and a Certificate of Practice in Financial Analysis issued by the State Securities Commission (SSC) in 2022.
