Mr. Phan Minh Dat is currently a PhD student in Fintech & Digital Assets at Tomas Bata University (EU). In addition to knowledge about Fintech, Mr. Phan Minh Dat also has extensive experience participating with leading organizations and businesses in this field. In addition, Mr. Dat is currently Director of the Digital Asset Management Center (TSS), Vice President of the Sustainable Blockchain Development Club of the Vietnam Information and Communications Technology Association (VINASA). This role helped him build a broad network and deep understanding of aspects of technology and digital assets.
