Mr. Vuong Le Vinh Nhan (Eric Vuong) is an expert in the field of Fintech and Blockchain, with experience in managing domestic financial technology organizations. From 2009 to present, he has held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of TrustPay Joint Stock Company. He is also the Co-founder and CEO. VNDC.IO – the organization that developed the stablecoin VNDC, the platform was later inherited and developed into ONUS with more than 7 million domestic and international users (as of 2025). In 2022, he co-founded and took over as General Director of FundGo Creative Startup Investment Fund, contributing to supporting the innovative startup ecosystem.
