In recent days, Nghe An province has suffered historic flooding due to the impact of storm No. 03 (Wipha) and its aftermath. The natural disaster has caused serious damage to people and property: many houses were swept away and collapsed; thousands of hectares of crops and aquaculture ponds were flooded and lost; infrastructure such as roads and bridges were severely damaged; many areas were deeply flooded and some localities were completely isolated.
In that context, the spirit of solidarity and mutual love of the Vietnamese people was once again strongly promoted.
