The market opened the session on July 31 positively, at times increasing by more than 10 points. Although there was selling pressure in the afternoon, good demand helped the green color to last until the end of the session and the VN-Index closed at 1,252 points, up 6 points from the reference level.

With technical indicators showing positive signals, Agriseco Research expects the VN-Index to return to a short-term uptrend if it continues to maintain the 1,250-point mark in the coming sessions.
