On February 25, 2024, HVA Investment Joint Stock Company successfully held the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders with the participation of members of the Board of Directors, Board of Management, Audit Committee and HVA shareholders.
This year, HVA chose the theme “Digital Finance Era” to demonstrate the company’s strategic vision in applying technology to business operations, aiming to become a leading investment company in the field of digital finance.
The main contents of the Congress include:
- Report of the Board of Directors on the activities of the Board of Directors in 2023 and the operation plan for 2024.
- Report of the Board of Directors on the Company's business results in 2023 and business plan for 2024.
- Report of the Audit Committee on the Audit Committee's performance in 2023 and the 2024 work plan.
- The Congress also approved 12 reports with some main contents such as:
- Dismissal and election of additional members of the Board of Directors for the 2022-2026 term.
- Business Plan 2024
- Change of business lines and amendment of company charter.
- Capital investment in FUNDGO Creative Startup Investment Fund
- Establishment of the Creative Startup Investment Fund managed by HVA.
- Cooperation with TrustPay Joint Stock Company
- Announcement of vote counting and election results.
- Secretariat presents and approves the Minutes and Resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
