This is to provide official information to professional consulting firms, design organizations, and interested partners to monitor the project's implementation direction.

The project study site has been identified in the Phu An resettlement area, Hung Phu ward, Can Tho city. The project is currently in the pre-feasibility study phase and preparing the legal investment documents in accordance with current regulations.
FUNDGO Tower is positioned as a high-rise mixed-use complex, playing a pivotal role in the development structure of the Volt City ecosystem, in line with HVA Group's long-term strategy of participating in the development of technology-oriented urban projects in the 2025–2030 period.
Objectives of implementing the consultation solicitation program.
The design consultation program implemented by HVA Group aims to support research and investment preparation, with key objectives including receiving design ideas and solutions for the mixed-use high-rise building, consulting on spatial organization, functionality, and traffic flow suitable for the unique characteristics of the two-frontage land plot, and conducting a preliminary assessment of technical options, especially the one- and two-basement layouts.
Based on the proposals and options received, HVA Group will review and select a suitable design consulting firm to continue collaborating in the next implementation steps once the project meets the legal requirements.
Scope of the design consultation invitation
During the research and investment preparation phase, the scope of the consultation invitation is defined at the conceptual and orientation level, including the overall architectural design concept for the project, the overall site layout plan, the scale and functional structure orientation, preliminary architectural and traffic solutions proposals, consultation on basement layout options, and proposals for development orientation as a basis for completing the investment preparation dossier and related legal procedures.
The program does not include content on engineering design, construction drawings, construction activities, or content related to general contractors.
Application form and application requirements
Interested consulting firms are requested to submit a letter expressing interest in participating in the program, along with a summary of their capabilities, a list of their notable completed projects, and a proposed conceptual design consulting approach that aligns with the project's objectives.
The proposals received during this phase are for consultation purposes only, are non-binding, and serve the internal research and evaluation work of HVA Group.

The design consultation program is conducted to support research and investment preparation for the project. Receiving applications, exchanging expertise, and working with consulting firms does not constitute any commitment related to construction implementation, contractor selection, or the signing of any construction contract.
