Within the framework of the strategy to develop a compliant and transparent digital asset ecosystem, HVA Group organized an in-depth working session with international partners to promote the formation and operation of the DNEX Digital Asset Trading Simulation Platform, and at the same time discuss the direction of capital contribution to form the TSS Exchange in accordance with the pilot policy under Resolution 05 of the Government. The meeting was attended by Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thang - Chief Advisor of the HVA Group Advisory Council, and Mr. Le Xuan Viet - Business Director of HVA Group.
With the vision of “High Value Asset – standardizing capital flow for the digital future”, HVA Group is determined to develop technology platforms and operating models that ensure safety – compliance – scalability. DNEX is designed as a “trading simulation sandbox” for businesses and investors to familiarize themselves with the order matching mechanism, risk management and information disclosure standards before putting digital asset products into the actual deployment environment. This is also a tool to support management agencies, operating units and partners to test operating scenarios in the spirit of piloting, gradually standardizing the process.
The discussion focused on three pillars: DNEX operating model ensuring data safety and transparency; legal structure - risk management according to Resolution 05; and capital contribution roadmap to form TSS Exchange with independent governance mechanism, technology standards and information disclosure according to international standards. From a market perspective, HVA Group emphasized the role of DNEX as a "springboard" to improve market capacity: training users, standardizing asset records, testing liquidity and trading discipline, creating a data platform for system management.
The meeting brought together experienced partners in investment and operation of international capital markets: Mr. Michel Verdy, CEO & Founder of VGlobal Partners and VGlobal Partners Vietnam; Mr. Tom Sweeney, Managing Partner & CEO of Jun Capital Management Ltd.; and Ms. Tina Nguyen, President/CEO of Tin A Ltd., Vietnam. The parties discussed in depth the investment - technology - operation linkage model; criteria for selecting products and users; methods of synchronizing transaction data - monitoring; and coordination mechanisms in the pilot phase to ensure both system safety and encourage innovation.
The consensus on vision between HVA Group and international partners opens up opportunities for long-term cooperation: from co-developing infrastructure, sharing experts, to attracting institutional investors. In the next phase, HVA Group will work with partners to complete the technical profile - governance model - risk management process of DNEX, and continue to work on the capital contribution structure for TSS Exchange in accordance with the pilot spirit, ensuring the harmony of interests of investors, issuers and management agencies.
