In the context of strong global capital flows and increasingly clear demand for portfolio diversification, HVA Investment Joint Stock Company (HVA Group) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Kristal.AI - a technology-based asset management and investment consulting platform. This agreement opens a direct connection channel to help Vietnamese investors access international portfolios and products according to standardized, transparent and compliant processes in financial centers such as Singapore and the UAE.
Strategic step to connect Vietnamese capital with global markets
Under the agreement, Kristal.AI – a group providing asset management and investment consulting services using artificial intelligence through digital platforms, appointed HVA as a customer referral partner. Vietnamese customers connected by HVA will have access to the Kristal.AI platform and selected portfolios, including internal strategies and global portfolio managers, with the “Booking Centre” in Singapore (Kristal SGP) and/or the UAE (Kristal UAE).
This cooperation helps Vietnamese investors access international asset management infrastructure, the journey of opening an account - evaluating documents - determining risk appetite - investing is standardized according to local laws, while taking advantage of HVA Group's network, market understanding and localization capabilities to optimize the experience.
HVA Group's role in the deal
HVA is responsible for identifying, introducing and assisting potential clients to access the Kristal.AI platform; storing and transferring necessary information/forms to Kristal.AI with the client's consent; and assisting in the onboarding stage upon valid request. All financial service contracts are signed directly between the client and Kristal.AI. HVA does not provide investment advice, legal/tax/accounting advice, nor does it receive or handle client money/assets.
To ensure transparency between the parties, customers use the Referral Code provided by Kristal.AI to HVA when creating a Kristal ID. If this code is not used, the fee/credit mechanism stated in the agreement will not apply.
