Ngày 25/04/2025, Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư HVA đã chính thức thông báo về kết quả lợi nhuận từ sự hợp tác chiến lược với Công ty Cổ phần Công nghệ VFILMS, một đối tác quan trọng trong lĩnh vực điện ảnh tại Việt Nam. Sự hợp tác này hướng tới xây dựng một hệ sinh thái điện ảnh sáng tạo, kết nối các nhà sản xuất phim, nhà phân phối, và nền tảng công nghệ, góp phần phát triển lĩnh vực điện ảnh Việt Nam thế hệ mới.
Cooperation information and investment results
- Total investment: HVA Group has invested 15,000,000,000 VND in VFILMS to develop the FundGo Cinema project.
- Rate of return (APY): 5%/year, ensuring long-term and stable income.
- Net Asset Value (NAV): Hiện tại, giá trị tài sản thuần đã đạt 26,282,375,000 đồng, tăng 75.22% so với vốn đầu tư ban đầu.
Expected and actual profits received
- Expected profit: Total profit from the investment is expected to reach 750 million VND, distributed evenly until October 2025.
- Actual profit: Từ ngày 07/12/2024, HVA Group đã nhận được tổng cộng 271.232.876 đồng từ hợp tác với VFILMS, chứng tỏ sự thành công của chiến lược đầu tư sáng tạo.
