October 8, 2024, Investment Joint Stock Company HVA (HVA Group) has officially signed a memorandum of understanding with Kristal Advisors Private Limited (Kristal) and Jade Labs Private Limited (Jade Labs). The event marks an important step in HVA's development strategy, opening up opportunities for cooperation with leading partners in the field of financial technology.
In order to bring modern and convenient investment solutions to Vietnamese investors, HVA Group cooperates with Kristal - a leading asset management platform, providing online investment applications with a variety of products and services; and Jade Labs - a leading software development company, specializing in providing advanced technology solutions, tailored to specific needs.
At the signing ceremony, HVA Group was represented by Mr. Nguyen Hoai Tuong - Director of Digital Transformation Division and Director of Big Data and AI Center, HVA Investment Joint Stock Company (HVA Group).
With the orientation of building a long-term cooperative relationship in operation and development, the signing ceremony agreed on the principles of cooperation to exploit and maximize the strengths of each party according to the field of operation and business strategy. In this cooperation, HVA will join Kristal and Jade Labs to promote the development of management platforms and online investment applications in Vietnam.
