According to the signed contract, HVA Group will contribute capital to cooperate with ETH Capital to implement the ETH Blockchain Mining Investment project. This agreement includes important content items:
- Capital HVA Group will invest: 10,000,000,000 VND (Ten billion VND).
- Expected investment period: Q3 and Q4 of 2024.
- Business cooperation profits are divided according to the actual capital contribution ratio. Other profits: 5%/year calculated based on the actual capital contribution ratio, regardless of business results.
