1. The way HOSE leadership helped Trinh Van Quyet embezzle 3,600 billion VND. Mr. Tran Dac Sinh was accused of helping Trinh Van Quyet list shares on the stock exchange with 3 others, embezzling 3,600 billion VND. Proposal to prosecute 51 defendants in the stock market manipulation case related to FLC Group (HM:FLC). 4 defendants from HOSE were prosecuted for "Abusing positions and powers while performing official duties" in the stock market manipulation case related to FLC Group

2. 'Strange developments' in the real estate market after Tet. Land plots and project land have seen a stronger increase in interest than apartments in major markets such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City right after Tet. Is this a sign that the "king" investment segment will "warm up" this year?
